What is PeriBalance?

Sage is the AI companion in the Companion tab. Ask anything about perimenopause and Sage answers like a knowledgeable friend, referencing your own tracked patterns.Is Perinow a substitute for medical advice?
No. Perinow is for education and self-tracking only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

AI Companion (Sage). When you chat with Sage, your typed messages — and, if you allow it, a summary of your tracked patterns (cycle phase, logged symptom names, average sleep/mood/energy ratings, and a snippet of your latest journal note) — are sent securely to Anthropic (claude.ai) to generate replies. We ask your permission in the app before anything is shared, and you can turn off pattern sharing or revoke consent anytime. We never send your name, email, or contact details, and all other tracking data stays on your device. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy protections and does not use it to identify you.
